We ship USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post Monday thru Friday. Every effort is made to have orders shipped the same day or no more than one business day after payment has been processed and the order confirmed, unless otherwise noted in the items listing. However, due to occasional stock issues, orders may take longer to ship. If you choose Parcel Post as the shipping method EXPECT 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery regardless of the estimated shipping time displayed on your order confirmation. Shipments may take longer during the Christmas shipping season. There is NO GUARANTEE OF SHIPPING TIMES. If you have questions about the status of your order, contact us by phone or email.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as business/working days.

Shipping charges are determined by the items weight, size, shipping method and delivery address. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Whenever possible and cost favorable we use Flat Rate or Regional Rate Shipping Boxes from the USPS and many times results in substantial savings for you, our customer. Your balance due will be adjusted and your card charged accordingly.

If the address you have given us has any mistake causing the package to be undelivered, or if the package is returned as "unclaimed" we will send your purchase again but another shipping fee plus a handling fee of $1.50 will be charged.

If you have a PO Box, please include it in your shipping address.
