Tor-rey hub style grinder plate is made from hardened tool steel with Rc hardness of 58-60. 3/16 inch holes. Fits standard #22 meat grinder. Maximum durability, designed for tough work. Fits most US made meat grinders that use Enterprise or Hobart style plates. Will not fit Weston, LEM, Bass Pro or most other Chinese made meat grinders.
