Brewer's Best® has created a convenient way to add flavoring to your beer or wine. This flavoring can be used with fresh fruit or spices. It is recommended you use 4 oz. per 5 gallons of wine or beer. This flavoring should be added when you bottle or at time post-boil. You can mix different flavorings and seasonings to create your own signature flavor. If you make a batch and don’t want to flavor the whole bucket, bottle half the bucket, then add the flavoring(s) and continue bottling. Label the bottles as such and enjoy!
