Polished aluminum sausage stuffing attachment, also known as a sausage stuffing horn. Tube has 3/4 inch opening and fits #32 meat grinder. To use, grind and mix the meat then remove the plate and knife from the grinder. Place the tube through the grinder ring and hand tighten. There will most likely be some play in the tube but back pressure will snug it up.
