Hallertau Hops has a very long history in German Lagers and Bavarian beer styles. A "noble" variety of hops (low in bitterness and high in aroma). Hallertau itself has tempered yet spicy aroma and slightly fruity. Ideal for flavor in any German beer, and is also suitable for use in other Continental styles, Belgian ales and lagers.
