12/17/2012 – I have a Butcher Boy Grinder TCA22
that I need a replacement blade for.
Will the Tor-Rey Stainless Steel #12 Toledo, or The Tor-Rey Carbon Steel #22 Toledo, plates work with this grinder?
Response From Southern Indiana Butcher Supply: For the TCA22 you will need a #22 size plate. The 12 is too small. You should use the Cleveland or Universal style plate. Please note that the diagram showing the different styles of plates is somewhat exaggerated with respect to the length and depth of the flat areas of the edges.
