The plate diameter is 3-1/4 inches with a 7/16 inch center hole. There is one notch in the side of the plate. 3/4 inch grind holes for very coarse grind. Good choice for first grind breaker plate, lard.
Torrey Duramax meat and sausage grinder plates are made from durable stainless steel with 56-58 RC hardness for long life. These plates will fit most American commercial grade Enterprise style meat grinders. They will also fit Enterprise and Chop-Rite meat choppers.
NOTE: May not fit properly in Cabela's, Weston, Bass Pro, LEM, or other light duty Chinese made meat grinders.
