Delicious deer, beef, or turkey sticks make a great snack on the trail, in the hunting blind, camping, or watching the game. Excalibur Habanero Fire Stick seasoniong is blended of Salt, spices, (including habanero pepper), corn syrup solids, dextrose, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate 0.67%. Contains no MSG, wheat or dairy products. Net Weight: 2 lbs

Im new to smoking meats. I got your site from newjerseyhunter.com. Im interested in your habanero snack sticks. How do you measure the seasonings for less than 25 pounds?

Response From Southern Indiana Butcher Supply: You can use this seasoning at the rate of .08 LB per 1 pound of meat. If you measure by tablespoon, 3 level tablespoons per pound of meat will come very close to label directions. From there you may adjust to your taste. The cure you must use 1 ounce per 25 pounds of meat. This can be measured by 1 level teaspoon per 5 pounds of meat.
