7/3/2012 – Hello. i got a 20 pound bag of pink cure salt. It seems that it is a lot stronger then morton quick cure salt> is it ??
cause i used same amount in my recipe and my meat has a very strange taste did i use to much compared to the morton??

Response From Southern Indiana Butcher Supply: Quick Cure is a 6.25% basic sodium nitrite meat cure. It is NOT the same product as Morton Tenderquick. Do not substitute one for the other.

Response From Southern Indiana Butcher Supply: Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier using weight, volume, and destination. If you add the item to your cart you may use the "Determine Shipping and Handling and Sales Tax" link located under the "Total" and above lower "Check Out" button to generate a shipping cost. A dialog box will appear where you will enter your address information. Click submit and use the resulting dropdown showing different shipping options available.
