57mm x 20 inch un-printed, orange plastic casing is a good choice for braunschwieger and other cooked chub products. Plastic sausage casings offer excellent size control from end to end and shrink characteristics for smooth seamless product. Stuffing diameter is 2.44 inches. Stuffing capacity is approximately 2.5 lb each.
