We ship USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home
Delivery, FedEx Overnight, and truck freight on qualifying orders. Monday
through Friday. Every effort is made to have orders shipped the same day or no
more than one business day after payment has been processed and the order
confirmed, unless otherwise noted in the items listing. However, due to
occasional stock issues, orders may take longer to ship. Shipments may
take longer during the fall hunting season and the Christmas shopping season.
There is NO GUARANTEE OF SHIPPING OR TRANSIT TIMES.
Estimated transit times are provided by carriers, not by
Southern Indiana Butcher Supply. Estimated transit times are ESTIMATED and are
not guaranteed by either the carrier or by us.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are
not counted as business/working days.
Shipping charges are determined by the items weight, size,
shipping method and delivery address. You will see your shipping cost during
checkout.
If your order qualifies for truck freight shipping, you may
select “Request a Freight Quote” from the shipping options drop down menu on
the checkout page and we will respond with a shipping quote. By selecting “Request a Freight Quote” you
will see $0 as your shipping cost. YOUR FREIGHT COST IS NOT $0.00. Your freight
charges will be emailed to you or we will call with a quote.
For FedEx OVERNIGHT SERVICES a $5.00 pick-up fee is charged
by FedEx and will be added to the shipping charge shown at checkout. Orders
shipping overnight must be received before 12:00 noon. If the order is not
received before 12:00 noon, the order will not go out until the next day.
Overnight orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will ship the next
working day.
Whenever possible and cost favorable we use Flat
Rate or Regional Rate Shipping Boxes from the USPS and many times results in
substantial savings for you, our customer. Your balance due will be adjusted
and your card charged accordingly.
If the address you have given us has any mistake causing the package to be
undelivered, or if the package is returned as "unclaimed" we will
send your purchase again but another shipping fee plus a handling fee of $1.50
will be charged.
For customers selecting a USPS shipping option please
include your PO Box in your shipping address if you have one. Please note that
FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or Expedited services will not deliver to a PO
Box.
