SIB Snack Stick sesoning was formulated for venison but we soon found that it is great for use with beef or turkey too. Stix are traditionally stuffed into small diameter sheep casings or edible process collagen 21mm or smaller but some users prefer to stuff in hog casings for a sliceable pepperoni sized snack.
Delicious deer, beef, or turkey sticks make a great snack on the trail, in the hunting blind, camping, or watching the game. For a variation try adding cheese and jalapenos. You're gonna love these stix!

Meat Cures For Smoked Sausage And Jerky
If you are smoking or processing meats at low temperatures (below 140 degrees F) you must use a sodium nitrite cure.
