Cleveland style #22 hub type meat grinder plate with 7/8 inch grind holes for an extra large coarse grind. A 7/8" grind is a good choice for a first grind breaker plate, lard, or stew meats.
The hubbed plate design helps to stablize the plate, reducing wear and also allows for easier removal. The plate diameter is 3-1/4 inches with a 7/16 inch center hole. Two flat edges on opposite sides of the plate. Fits Butcher Boy and most US made #22 meat grinders that use Cleveland style plates.
