For pumping cure into large heavy cuts like hams, shoulders, turkeys. The 6 inch perforated needle has 12 holes that spray cure deep into the cut for proper distribution of the curing brine throughout the meat even next to bones and joints. Also includes slant tip needle for injecting larger particles into heavy cuts for BBQ. The needle unscrews and can be stored inside the pump. Total length of this instrument assembled is about 15 5/8"
