This cure is used to dry cure ham and other heavy cuts. Use as a dry rub or a pump to speed salt penetration.
Ingredients: Salt, cane sugar, sodium nitrite (.87%), sodium nitrate (.85%), 1% propylene glycol added as anti-cake. Manufacturer recommends 1.75 lb per gallon of water for a 10% pump. 50 pound bulk.
