For over two decades, the Schlachter family has been dedicated to serving the Community and with the addition of Southern Indiana Butcher & BBQ Supply it expands that service to home butchers, deer processing stations, small meat packing plants, restaurants, and professional chefs.
We don't just sell tools and ingredients—we know them inside and out. Most of the items we offer are products we have used professionally in our own shop, allowing us to stand firmly behind their quality and performance.

Our Family Legacy
Our business continues to thrive today under the leadership of owners Robert & Diana Schlachter, alongside their son, Derek Schlachter. Together, we represent the hands-on, everyday commitment required to support our industry partners.
We also owe a great deal of our foundation to Robert's mother, Marilyn Schlachter, who is now happily retired. Marilyn’s decades of hard work and guidance helped shape the values we still uphold today: integrity, quality, and fair pricing.
