2/22/2019 – Why are the size and stuffing diameter different on some fiberous casing and the same on others?
Response From Southern Indiana Butcher Supply: On fibrous casings the first number is the Size Code the second number is the length in inches. Size codes are not a measurement of any kind. You can access a size code reference chart by clicking on the "Click here to learn more about casing sizes." link on the fibrous casing category page.
