Finger pull grooves on both ends for easy handling. Made from edge grain hard maple. Maple is the perfect cutting board material providing scratch resistance and prevents knife dulling. Maple is a food-safe, durable, long lasting, closed-grain, small pored wood. All boards are pre-treated with food safe mineral oil and wax. Boards include care instructions.
