Made from edge grain hard maple. Maple is the perfect charcuterie & cutting board material providing scratch resistance and prevents knife dulling. Maple is a food-safe, durable, long lasting, closed-grain, small pored wood. All boards are pre-treated with food safe mineral oil and wax. Boards include care instructions.
