Blended of Salt, Jalapeno Peppers and other Spices, Sodium Phosphates (10%), Garlic Powder, Dextrose, Sodium Erythorbate (1.5%), and less than 2% Soybean Oil added as a flow conditioner. Contains no MSG, wheat, or dairy products.

If you are smoking or processing meats at low temperatures (below 140 degrees F) you must use a sodium nitrite cure.
