Cimarron Docs Bar-B-Q & Chili Company was founded in Grove, Oklahoma, in 1986, by Larry and Mary Koch. Now, after nearly thirty years making and selling Cimarron Docs fine products to barbecue and chili cooks around the world, Larry and Mary Koch have decided it's time to retire. So, they've sold their sauce and seasoning business to The Kansas City BBQ Store, which has pledged to serve Cimarron Docs customers with the high quality products and service they've come to expect.
