Texas Sugar is a sweet heat pork and poultry rub that is super versatile. It starts out sweet then has a subtle back-end kick similar to the ever popular Holy Voodoo. It is fantastic on ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, seafood, smoked cream cheese & popcorn.
This rub is sweet, but not to sweet. It is actually less sugary than 6 of the current Meat Church seasonings. Texas Sugar is simply a catchy name!
