Leggs Old Plantation Salami Seasoning is the perfect blend for delicious smoked venison salami. Stuff in fibrous or natural casings. A favorite with deer hunters everywhere. Can Be Used With Beef, Pork, Poultry, Wild Game. One bag seasons 25 pounds of meat.

Blended of salt, mustard, sodium phosphates (6.82%), spices, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate (.977%), spice extractives, and less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains no MSG, wheat or dairy products.
